I. Service Cancellation Policy

At Pausae Spa, we are dedicated to providing top-quality services to our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to all clients.

Cancellation Notice:

To respect the time of both our therapists and clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Communication:

To cancel or reschedule, kindly contact us at +356 995 551 51 at your earliest convenience. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client.

Cancellation Fees:

For services including Facials, Massages, Lash Extensions, Gel Nail Builder, Body Treatments, Body Rituals, and Packages, a cancellation fee will apply for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment. No-shows will also incur a cancellation fee. The fee will range from 25% to 100% of the service cost, depending on the service and timing.

Consideration for Others:

Appointments reserve dedicated time on our calendar. Providing timely notice for cancellations or changes allows us to serve other clients effectively and ensures that our therapists can utilize their time efficiently.

Special Circumstances:

In case of emergencies or unforeseen events, please communicate with us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. By booking an appointment at Pausae Spa, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our cancellation policy.

II. Terms & Conditions for the Use of Gift Vouchers

By using a voucher for your appointment at Pausae Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Confirmation:

Appointments must be confirmed through our booking system or directly with our reception.

Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the treatment value.

Voucher Usage:

Vouchers must be presented or mentioned at the time of booking. Vouchers are valid until the expiration date specified and must be used within this period.

No-Show Policy:

If you do not attend a confirmed appointment and have used a voucher, the voucher’s value will be forfeited.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done within the cancellation window.

Late Arrival:

Arriving late may result in a reduced treatment time.

Refund Policy:

Voucher purchases are non-refundable.

Service Changes:

Pausae Spa reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue services, prices, and policies without prior notice.

By using a voucher or confirming an appointment, you accept these terms and conditions.

This privacy statement has been created in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (CAP. 586) of Malta. It explains how we collect, use, store, and manage your data.

Preferred Therapist: If you have a preferred therapist, this will be recorded to accommodate your preferences.

Treatment History: For personalized service, your treatment history is documented for ongoing care.
